  客户提出服务的需求,登记译员需求表,明确外派形式,资源开发部开始跟进。

  2. 客户需求评估与职位分析

  评估客户需求,与客户详细讨论外派职位的工作职责和资历要求,并了解客户公司的企业战略、规模、组织结构、企业文化等详细内容。在充分评估客户的需求后,资源开发部将与客户一起规划职位说明,明确该职位的职责、理想人选的关键素质和筛选标准,以作为人才筛选的指南。

  4. 候选人测试评估

  对候选人进行测试,评估其经验、技能等。我们将详细了解候选人的工作背景和学历背景是否满足客户要求,并进一步了解候选人的动机、个性、能力、潜质和期望薪水,逐步缩小候选人范围,最终向客户提供两倍于需求人数的候选人员。

  7. 工作监督与后台支持

  跟进候选人试用期/保证期表现,协助双方顺利磨合,使候选人尽快融入客户团队;定期与客户沟通,跟进客户的反馈意见;为翻译人员提供后台技术支持,更好地为客户服务。

  Follow up the performance of candidates during probation / warranty period, assist both parties in smooth running in, make candidates integrate into the customer team as soon as possible; communicate with customers regularly, follow up customers' feedback; provide back-end technical support for translators, and better serve customers.
